AASHLOK offers a host of
Diagnostic Facilities & Services encompassing the
latest in technological advancement, available under one
roof, through the day by appointment and as required for
emergency situations. All diagnostic units are
coordinated by trained professionals and technicians,
and supervised by leading consultants and specialists.

Cardiac: The
Unit provides for 2-D Echocardiography, ECG, 24-hour
Holter Studies, and has a TMT Lab.

Endoscopic: AASHLOK
provides a vast range of diagnostic Endoscopies
& procedures such as; Gastroscopy,
Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Proctoscopy,
Bronchoscopy, and Urethroscopy.

Laboratory Services:
AASHLOK has collaborated with WELLSPRING (A Nicholas
Piramal venture) to form the AASHLOK-WELLSPRING
Laboratory, which is NABL guided and maintains stringent
quality assurance measures to ensure the highest degree
of accuracy. This state-of-the-art laboratory
provides all laboratory diagnostic services to the
patient group visiting AASHLOK. The Laboratory is
equipped with most modern automatic/ semi automatic
analysers and cell counters. The Unit is manned by
trained professionals, and supervised by a
Pathologist. The services offered include the
following;

Biochemistry: the
laboratory is geared to do all routine/ special
investigations like Electrolyte Evaluation, Cardiac
Enzymes, Lipid Profile, LFT, KFT, SGOT, SGPT, Alk.
Phop., Sr. Amylase, Alpha – 1 - AntiTrypsin,
Apolipoproteins, Serum Bilirubin (T/D), Blood Sugar
(F/PP), GTT.

Hematology:
besides routine hematological investigations, the
laboratory caters to BT, CT, PT, APTT, Platelet
Count, Blood Grouping, all Bone-Marrow Tests, Coomb’s
Test (D/ID), Sickling Test, G-6 PD, Hb A2 , Hb
Electrophoresis.

Clinical Pathology:
all routine investigations are available, including
Semen Analysis, complete range of Stool/ Urine tests
(Albumin/ B-J Proteins/ Porphyrins), Pregnancy
Tests.

Microbiology: all
routine investigations are available including,
Culture/ Sensitivity (Blood/ CSF/ Urine/ Stool/
Sputum), AFB (Smear/ Culture/ Drug Sensitivity),
Fungal Culture, Diphtheria Throat Swab.

like, ANCA, ASO-Titer, Anti - Mitochondrial/

Radiology Services:

MRI: The unit
comprises a state-of-the-art OM Siemens MRI
offering high quality images even in difficult
procedures and critical patients. The machine is
specifically conducive to those suffering from
claustrophobia or requiring anesthesia
monitoring.

CT-Scan: The unit is
equipped with a Multi-Slice-Spiral C.T Scanner,
providing rapid scanning through reduced
radiation and optimal use of contrast. The
scanner is well equipped to carry out
angiography studies; C.T. guided interventional
procedures, and generates 3 D displays.

Ultrasound: The unit
is equipped with multi-frequency probes
including facility for Trans-vaginal
investigations. The equipment also caters to
colour-flow imaging for vascular studies
including carotids and peripheral vessels, in
addition to evaluation of Foetal and Utero-Placental
flow studies.

X-Ray: The Unit is
fully equipped to conduct all routine X-Rays and
special investigations including; Intra-Venous
Pyelography (IVP), Micturating Cysto-Urethrogram
(MCU), Retrograde Pyelography (RGP), Sinogram,
Silography, Fistulogram, Cologram,
Barium-Swallow, Barium-Meal, Barium-Meal follow
through study, Barium-enema, Gatrographin study,
Hystero-Salphingography (HSG), Bronchogram,
T-Tube Cholangiogram.
