Dietetics and Catering Department

Our goal is to promote nutrition as a critical part of disease treatment / prevention and integrate nutrition services into clinical, home and community based health and social networks. A holistic approach together from the dietician and clinicians as a team, work towards modifying dietary habits for the in-patient group and integrate the same into their routine lifestyle when they are ready for discharge. Follow-up counseling is also given for better patient compliance.

It is also our constant endeavor to apply knowledge, skills, concepts and techniques to better our catering services as it has been identified as a crucial link to a good overall patient experience and patient satisfaction. Our in-house catering services operate on a 24-hour basis with prime time being between 8am & 8pm. The catering department provides breakfast, lunch, & dinner to patient rooms, along with a provision to provide attendant meals on prior order. In addition, a range of snack options are available for visitors wishing to avail the same.

A rich range of diet menu's and dietetics counseling are also available at the hospital. Individual consultations with the dietician are also available by appointment.
